Video Analysis

Players sit down with Coach Newman and review academy film of their swing, pitching delivery and/or defensive form.

Goal Setting

Players learn how to form short- and long-term goals in the game, and outline a tangible strategy to achieve those goals.

Personalized Plans

On top of what’s taught in lessons, players get a weekly plan with actionables to elevate their game outside of the academy.
